Calling All Parents and Adults with a Developmental Disability (autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disability)
The Autism Society of California is excited to launch the 2016 Survey! This Survey Project helps the Autism Society of California and other advocacy groups better understand your lives and experiences as well as the hopes and dreams you have. We use the findings of this research to support our work in improving the lives of all affected by autism and other developmental disabilities.
Those who complete the survey will have the option to enter a chance to win $100 gift card to Target. Deadline to enter for the Gift Card will be August 13th. Winners will be notified August 15th.
